• Buyers must confirm receipt, respect shop policies, and report issues within 2 days.

Prohibited Items:

• Counterfeit, illegal, or mass-manufactured goods

• Alcohol, tobacco, adult content

• Non-customized imported items

Dispute Handling:

Crafma may mediate disputes. Final decisions will be made based on evidence and platform policies.
