All content uploaded by vendors to the Crafma platform — including product descriptions, photos, shop names, logos, and creative assets — remains the intellectual property of the vendor or rightful owner.
However, by uploading content to the platform, vendors grant Crafma a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and display such content on:
Crafma.com and its mobile platforms
Crafma’s promotional materials (e.g., flyers, social media posts, newsletters)
Third-party platforms used to promote Crafma (e.g., search engines or affiliate partners)
This license exists only for the purpose of marketing and operating the Crafma platform.
When a buyer purchases a product on Crafma:
Physical goods: Ownership of the item is transferred, but not any copyright or intellectual property rights unless clearly stated by the vendor.
Digital or custom items: May come with a specific usage license as defined by the seller (e.g., personal use only). Buyers are required to honor the license terms provided.
You may not:
Reproduce, copy, redistribute, or resell vendor content (text, images, products) without express permission.
Upload or sell products containing third-party copyrighted material unless you hold the appropriate license.
Use any Crafma content, logo, or interface design to create competing platforms or misleading imitations.
The name Crafma, the Crafma logo, site design, and all platform-related tools are the exclusive property of Crafma. You may not:
Use Crafma branding without written permission
Modify, reverse-engineer, or replicate any core platform feature for other commercial use
If you violate this License Agreement or any of Crafma’s other platform policies:
Your access to Crafma may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Your listings may be removed, and legal action may be taken if applicable.
Licenses granted to Crafma or users under this agreement may also be revoked.
