Shipping Policy
We carefully package and prepare all orders for dispatch after the order has been confirmed.
Orders are shipped using the delivery arrangements available through Crafma. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, delivery service, weekends, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may not be the responsibility of the vendor.
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and contact us through Crafma promptly if the package or product appears damaged.
Refund Policy
We aim to provide customers with products that are accurately described, properly packaged, and in good condition.
Refunds for eligible orders will be handled in accordance with Crafma's applicable marketplace policies.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us through Crafma as soon as possible and provide your order details and, where applicable, photographs of the product and packaging.
For food products, refunds will generally only be considered where the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise qualifies under the applicable marketplace rules.
Products that have been opened, consumed, contaminated, or improperly stored after delivery may not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order and before the order is dispatched. Cancellation eligibility may depend on the status of the order and the applicable Crafma marketplace policies.
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges of food items after delivery unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise qualifies under the applicable marketplace rules.
For non-food products, returns or exchanges may be considered where applicable and subject to the product listing and Crafma's marketplace policies.
Customers should contact us through Crafma promptly if they receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
